About the EU Cloud Sovereignty Framework
The European Commission's Cloud Sovereignty Framework defines 8 Sovereignty Objectives that organisations should evaluate when assessing the sovereignty posture of their cloud and AI infrastructure.
Each objective is scored from SEAL 0 (No Sovereignty) to SEAL 4 (Full Digital Sovereignty), and weighted according to its strategic importance. The total produces a single weighted score out of 100.
