AI architecture & sovereignty review

Half a day with two of our architects and the people who own your data, security and AI roadmap. You leave with a written report: where your current or planned AI estate stands on sovereignty, what the EU AI Act, NIS2 or DORA actually require of it, and the shortest credible path from where you are to governed, in-perimeter organisational AI. €3,000, fixed, so it fits a purchase order — and credited against your first year of platform if you go ahead.

If you have just run one of the sovereignty scores, bring the result — it is the first thing we look at, and the review turns that score into the architecture and the sequencing behind it.

What you get

How it runs

  1. Briefing (30 minutes). We agree scope, attendees and the questions the report has to answer.
  2. Preparation (a week). You share what you can — diagrams, policies, vendor list, the constraints. We read it before we arrive.
  3. The half day. On site or on your video platform: architecture walk-through, sovereignty tests, regulatory mapping, target design.
  4. The report (within five business days). Written, reviewed, delivered — with a call to walk through it.

Who runs it

Scrydon's founders and architects have designed and operated sovereign, air-gapped and confidential-compute estates for governments, defence organisations and regulated enterprises. Meet the team.
