Assessments
Two assessments, one day each, €1,500 fixed. Both put two of our architects in a room with your people, and both end in something written rather than in a proposal. They exist because most organisations we meet are past the conversation and not yet able to write down what they would be buying.
They answer different questions, and which one you need is usually obvious once the two are put side by side.
Organisational AI Day
We go through the work your organisation actually does and find the processes ready to run as Human+AI — the places where people are reading, chasing, re-keying or waiting rather than deciding. The best two get drawn end to end as process flows. Then the constraints on those two flows, a target architecture, and the order things change in.

Lakehouse to Ontology in a Day
Two of your sources taken from where they live to what they mean: how they would really be integrated, who owns them and whether anyone outside the owning team can find or trust them, and then the first ontology that gives them one meaning — built around one decision your business makes every week, in front of your own engineers.

Both, when they are entangled
A governance question blocking a data programme that is already running is common enough that both days back to back are a named option rather than an upsell. Run together they are €2,700.
Which one you need
Rather than guess, answer the questionnaire at the foot of either page. Ten questions, about four minutes. It names the day we would propose before you have asked us for anything, and you can overrule it. The answers are also the preparation, which is what buys back the first hour a day would otherwise spend on discovery — including the answer that you do not need either day yet.

Above the assessments is a 30-minute briefing that costs nothing and is the right start if you are still deciding whether there is anything here for you. Below them is the six-week pilot, which proves one use case on your data inside your own perimeter. The fee for a day is credited in full against a pilot or your first year of platform, so evaluating us properly costs nothing if you go ahead. All prices exclude VAT.
