Allied Exercise Analytics & After-Action Review
A multinational exercise produces track data, command-and-control logs, communications records and observer notes in a dozen national formats. The after-action review is written from memory weeks later, and the lessons rarely reach the next exercise.
What stands in the way
How Scrydon solves it
How this plays out
Exercises are the cheapest place to learn that two nations' systems do not actually talk to each other, or that a procedure that works on paper takes three times as long under load. That learning only happens if the data from the exercise is brought together, and today it mostly is not: each nation takes its logs home.
The platform fuses tracks, orders, messages and observer reports onto a shared ontology of the exercise, aligned to standard data models where they exist, so the review team can replay a serial second by second, compare observed timings with the plan, and attach a finding to the exact moment it happened. Findings are structured, which means they can be tracked to the next exercise and compared across them.
Each nation controls what it contributes through a data space with per-nation releasability rules, and the fused picture runs on infrastructure the exercise host controls, disconnected where the classification requires it.
- Evidence-based after-action reviews within days of end of exercise, comparable across exercises, with each nation's data released only at the level it authorised.
